Prince William and Princess Kate's only daughter recently celebrated her 10th birthday.

Princess Charlotte marked her birthday on May 2, with a special shoutout from her parents on their Prince and Princess of Wales Instagram account.

The royals captioned an outdoor photo of Charlotte, noting how she bears a striking resemblance to her father, Prince William, in the image captured by Kate.
As the second child of the Prince and Princess of Wales, Princess Charlotte is third in line to the British throne, following her older brother Prince George, 11, and her father, Prince William, 42. Younger brother Prince Louis, 7, is fourth in line.
The royal family recently spent Easter together in Norfolk, opting out of the Easter service at St George's Chapel in Windsor with King Charles III and Queen Camilla.
In addition to Princess Charlotte's birthday, the royal family also celebrated the 14th wedding anniversary of William and Kate. The couple enjoyed a two-day visit to the Isles of Mull and Iona in Scotland, where they began their trip in the town of Tobermory, known for its colorful houses.
Following their official engagements, William and Kate planned to spend their anniversary at a secluded cottage on Mull, known for its picturesque scenery. The couple met as students at the University of St Andrews in Scotland and tied the knot at Westminster Abbey in 2011.
