The Mega Millions jackpot grew to $80 million before Friday's drawing as no one matched all the winning numbers on Tuesday.
If a player matches all six numbers on Friday night, they could opt for a one-time cash payment of $36.4 million. The winning numbers were drawn just after 11 p.m. ET, and the results are listed below.
There have already been three Mega Millions winners this year, with the most recent one being the $112 million jackpot won in Ohio on April 18. Prior to that, a lucky ticket holder in Illinois won a $344 million jackpot on March 25, while another person hit the Mega Millions jackpot on Jan. 17.

To play Mega Millions, you need to purchase a ticket at various locations, including convenience stores, gas stations, or grocery stores. In some states, tickets can be bought online.
After getting your ticket, select six numbers - five white balls ranging from 1 to 70 and one gold Mega Ball from 1 to 24.
If you're indecisive, you can request a "Quick Pick" or "Easy Pick" option where the computer generates random numbers for you.
Mega Millions tickets now come with a built-in multiplier, boosting non-jackpot prizes by 2, 3, 4, 5, or 10 times. Previously, players had to pay extra for the "Megaplier," but now it's included.
There are a total of 15 Megaplier balls.
Tickets can be bought in person at gas stations, convenience stores, grocery stores, and some airport terminals. Additionally, tickets can be ordered online through Jackpocket in select U.S. states and territories.
