Karen Koutsogiannis's first wedding anniversary after the death of her husband brought her a touching surprise in Swansea, Massachusetts.
Karen was presented with a card that she believed was a kind gesture by her kids, Lindsey, Caitlin, and Nikos. However, as she began reading, it dawned on her that the words written in the card were from her late husband, Anthony.

Before passing away from pancreatic cancer, Anthony arranged for the card to be given to his wife with the help of his children. For decades, the couple's anniversary was always a fun family celebration. And though he wasn't there in person, Anthony's card showed Karen that their love will never die.
